Shannon Ewan, a seasoned Agile Coach, Facilitator and Trainer, currently serves as the Managing Director for the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) in Chicago, IL.

She has extensive business and Information Technology (IT) consulting experience in both the commercial and government sectors. Since starting her career as an application developer, she has built expertise in business analysis, delivery management, IT strategy, and Agile IT solutions.

ICAgile is currently operating as an internationally distributed remote team. In this capacity, Shannon has been building remote facilitation and team empowerment skills.
