The Glue of Successful Remote Collaboration
Diversity and inclusion can make or break a remote collaboration.
As a Hong Kong born immigrant in Canada, Sandy faced the challenges of cultural differences in her early school years. As she travels the world, she works with various remote teams consisting of people from all around the world each bringing their own set of values and culture to the mix. Sandy has collected hundreds of stories on how design systems can amplify remote collaborations. She will share a few of these stories with you to inspire you to benefit from diversity in your remote teams.
